Different Ways To Do Hair

Hair is a means of self-expression, and is often the first thing people notice about you. But it's easy to get stuck in a rut and wear the same ponytail every day. There are some different ways to do your hair, that can help you to be more creative with your personal style.

Starting with Healthy Hair

Treat your hair well in order for it to look great in any style. Refrain from using blow dryers or heat curling irons as often as possible. Use curlers and air-drying instead. Use a deep conditioning hair mask once a week. Wash and condition your hair regularly. If your hair is dull rinse it with vinegar to give it shine. Have your hair trimmed every two months.

Up-do's

Make a simple up-do more sleek and stylish by creating volume. Bend over and flip your hair upside-down before starting. This will give your hair more bounce and create a sleeker surface on top. Then create a loose, low twist (which looks very modern) and secure with bobby pins the same color as your hair.

Ponytails

The key to chic and stylish ponytails is extreme positioning. Either wear your pony tail very low or very high on your head. A ponytail that's right in the middle is what gives this style a boring look. Create volume by flipping bangs back and pinning them in front of the ponytail holder. Use a little hairspray to prevent flyaways.

Long and Luscious

Wash your hair at night and sleep with it in braids. When you wake up, take the braids out and run your fingers through your hair. You'll have beautiful waves without getting any heat damage from a curling iron. To enhance this style, spray your hair with a curl enhancer before braiding.

Half and Half

By pinning the top of your hair back and leaving the bottom loose, you'll create a pretty in-between style. For a unique style, part your hair, take a section from each side of your part and twist backward. Pin each twisted section at the sides. This gives your style a soft, feminine look, and is very chic for all seasons.
