Create A Wearable Makeup Look Inspired By Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga may make a name for herself with outlandish music and even more outlandish makeup, but even she can pull off a wearable look once in a while. Lady Gaga's neutral eye defies her typical style with nude colors and simple black-lined lash lines. Medium coverage concealer will cover pimples so this makeup can stand out against clear skin. Any skin color or hair color can wear this look. Wear the hair up or down to flatter this simple look. You can wear this neutral eye for day or evening events. Bronzer will flatter this look if you plan to wear this makeup in summer.

Instructions

1. Apply foundation to the skin with your fingers. Use your hands to blend the color by smoothing the product on the face gently until it nearly disappears onto the skin.

2. Apply eye primer to the eyelid with your fingers. Eye primer comes in a cream or gel form that prevents the creasing and fading of eye makeup. Apply some primer on the lower lash line with your smallest finger.

3. Use your finger to apply a nude cream eyeshadow onto the entire eyelid. This will work as a base to help the next colors stand out better on the skin.

4. Apply a champagne-colored eyeshadow to the entire eyelid over the nude cream eyeshadow using a shadow brush.

5. Apply a highlight powder to the area under your eyebrows. A highlighting brush works best for this. Sweep the color on and gently blend with the highlighting brush to soften the color. To blend, sweep the brush in one direction until the color fades slightly.

6. Line the upper lash line and the lower outer lash line with a black liquid liner. Do not smudge the liner; it must appear neat.

7. Finish the look with black mascara. Apply the mascara only to the upper eyelashes. Wiggle the wand as you comb up the eyelashes. This will prevent clumping and elongate the eyelashes.
