3. Measure the amount of thread between the outer and inner tie rod. Write the measurement down.

4. Remove the tie rod end by turning it. You can use the ball joint at the end as a handle, or place a wrench over the tie rod end. You might have to hold the inner tie rod with the crescent wrench.

5. Thread the lock nut onto the tie rod. The measurement from the inner end of the lock nut should match the measurement you wrote down.

6. Turn the outer tie rod back into the inner tie rod. When the lock nut meets the inner tie rod, stop. Make sure the ball joint at the end of the tie rod is facing the correct direction. If not, adjust the lock nut and tie rod until it does. Do not adjust the lock nut more than one turn.

7. Hold the outer tie rod in place with the crescent wrench and tighten the lock nut against the inner tie rod with another wrench.

8. Insert the tie rod ball joint through the steering knuckle and tighten down the castellated nut. It is best to replace the old cotter pin with a new one. Replace the wheel and tighten the lug nuts. Raise the vehicle off the jack stand, remove the jack stand, and lower the vehicle to the ground.

If your witch will be in the grass, stake your wooden stick into the ground. Use duct tape to secure the stick to the back of the chair. The top of the stick will be used to mount the head of the witch and should be a few inches taller than the back of the chair.

3. Witch's head

Create the head of the witch by wadding the newspaper into a large ball. Test the size by placing the witch's mask on the newspaper head. Remove the mask and wrap the head with duct tape. Create an opening in the bottom of the head for the stick. Put the mask, hair and hat on the head and set it aside.

4. Long-sleeved dress

Put the dress over top of the chair and stick to create a full-body effect. The dress should be large enough to cover the chair and reach the ground. The stick should be 3 inches to 6 inches taller than the top of the dress. Secure the dress by taping the inside of the dress to the chair.

While the practice of cutting and styling hair can be traced back for centuries, the first working model of an electric hair clipper did not appear until 1919. These clippers can make a barber's work faster and safer, decreasing the contact of sharp scissors or razor blades with the client's head and therefore decreasing injury. While some barbers may have their razors sharpened professionally, others may choose to do it themselves.

Instructions

1. Unscrew the bolts that hold your blades to your clipper. The type of screwdriver you need depends on the model of clipper you have. Set the screws aside safely so that you do not lose them.

2. Carefully pull the moving blade off of the faceplate of the trimmer. Remember that even though the blade may need to be sharpened, it can still cut you.

3. Rest the moving blade against the spring in the top of the clipper to give yourself leverage while sharpening. Press the clipper against a coarse whetstone so that the blade is touching the stone.

4. Activate the trimmer on a low setting. Gently press on the trimmer so that the blade moves against the whetstone. Move the trimmer up and down across the surface of the stone to sharpen the blade. Maintain pressure for up to two minutes, depending on how dull your blade has become.

5. Turn off the trimmers and remove the blade from the spring. The blade should appear shiny and sharp.

6. Use a screwdriver to remove the guide from the guide blade of your trimmer. Place the blade face down on the whetstone and rest your hands on the back. Gently move the blade back and forth across the stone in small circular motions for one to two minutes to sharpen the blade.

7. Repeat sharpening both blades on medium and then fine whetstones. This three-step sharpening will ensure a sharper and smoother blade.

8. Replace the guide on the guide blade. Reattach the moving blade and replace the whole faceplate to the trimmer.

The chemicals in perming lotions are made to enter into the hair shaft where it alters the keratin and loosens the inner layer of the hair. This way it can be formed into a new fixed shape. The neutralizer closes the hair into its new shape permanently. According to Hairstyles-haircuts, the spiral perm uses the same chemicals as a regular perm. The big difference is in the winding. 5. Section off the next row in the back. You may need to increase the rods to four across. Continue winding until you have finished the back section. If you have long or thick hair you will need to add another row to the back section.
