Easy Famous Girl Hairstyles

There are many simple but stylish hairstyles that are easy to do whether you have long, medium or short hair. The basic supplies you will need include hairspray to hold your curls, a curling iron, a flat iron, clips, bobby pins and time. It won't be long until you have a cute but elegant hairstyle that goes with almost any occasion.

Buns and Ponytails

Buns and ponytails are suitable for everyday occasions, but can also be made to look elegant. There are many types of formal, informal, high and low buns that can be complemented by clips. For a simple high twist bun, grab all of your hair as if you are making a ponytail. Twist it tightly with your other hand. While still holding and twisting it, begin wrapping it around in a circle to form a bun. You can clip it down with a ponytail holder, hair sticks or some clips.

For a simple but elegant chignon (French for describing an elegant bun), put your hair into a ponytail at the nape of your neck. Braid your hair as tightly as you can so that it does not become loose once it is wrapped in a bun. Wrap your braid around your head, spreading your bun as wide out as possible. Clip the end down. Add some hidden bobby pins to reinforce it, especially if your hair is very long, because of the weight of the bun. This style is popular at weddings.

Jazz up your bun by forming it to the side of your head. For a simple, cute ponytail, put your hair into a high ponytail, then grab hair from the bottom of the ponytail and wrap it around the holder so that it looks like your hair is being held by hair. To finish it off, clip the end under your holder with a bobby pin or small clip.

Down Hairstyles

Depending on how long your hair is, there are many cute styles you can do. For a cute style for short hair, part a section in the front while folding it back. Clip the end down so it has a little height to it. Curl your hair spirally downwards with a curling iron. This hairstyle works well for both long and short hair.

For full-looking locks, begin by flat-ironing your hair. Curl the bottom half of your hair, leaving the top of your head flatter. Separate parts of your hair and curl outward. Once you are done going around your whole head, fluff your curls a little with your hands.
