Add volume and pretty texture by making waves for your wedding hairstyle. Make it all about the bangs, by sweeping them over one side and pinning up waves on the opposite side. This is a glam way to wear your hair on your wedding day.

Sleek and Chic

Celebs like Michelle Williams and Emma Watson have been showing just how girly short hair can look. If you have a pixie cut like theirs, don't spend a minute growing your hair out. Instead, wear your hair sleek and chic by styling hair with a lightweight shine-enhancing gel and then pair your ultra fem hair with an equally girly gown (think flowers and lace).

Faux Updo

If you want the look of a long hair updo without growing hair out, then try a faux updo. Typically, a bun can be created as long as you have enough hair to create a ponytail, but even if you don't, you can fake it. Using bobby pins that match your hair color, pin the back of your hair up and onto your head. Then, curl the sides and loose strands of hair. Pull your curls back and pin them up over the pinned down hair. Side sweep your bangs to one side and pin into place as well. Voila, a super chic yet fake updo.

Adding Accessories

If one of these short hair styles just doesn't do it for you, why not add an extra-special touch with some sort of accessory. Frame your bangs by adding a pretty headband.
