Use a round brush to detangle and style the hair.
When it comes to hairstyles, what is deemed a beautiful hairstyle varies from person to person. What is universal is that a beautiful hairstyle suits the face, outfit and look of the person wearing it. Which beautiful hairstyle to choose depends on the occasion; sometimes an elegant up-do is appropriate for a wedding or prom and often a beautiful style of soft, tousled waves does the trick. You can create a beautiful hairstyle that fits your look and skills.
Instructions
1. Create a sleek ponytail by brushing your hair until it is free of knots and straightening the hair using a straightening iron. Gather all of the hair using your hands or a brush at the crown of your head and wrap a hand tie around the hair, securing the ponytail. Add a little extra fizz to this hairstyle by adding fake flowers, jeweled clips or butterfly clips around the ponytail.
2. Curl all of the hair using a curling iron or a set of hot rollers. When the hair is curled, rake your fingers through the hair to create soft, flowing waves. Spray the hair lightly with hairspray, so the waves stay in place.
3. Create a classic French twist by gathering all of the hair together at the nape of the neck. Curl the hair around itself into a bun and push the entire bun into the hair to the left, while simultaneously moving the hair on the left over the bun. Secure the hair with hairpins and spray lightly with hair spray.
4. Create an elegant up-do style by brushing the hair to ensure there are no knots. Gather all of the hair in a ponytail at the crown of the head and secure the ponytail with a hair tie. Take small sections of hair and either curl them with a curling iron or roll the hair in hot rollers to create an entire ponytail of curls. Gather a few sections of curls and pin them to the hair around the ponytail. Leave the ends of the curls free. Continue curling and pinning until all of the hair is curled and pinned around the ponytail.
