Cut & Style Wigs

Wigs can be customized to better enhance your features and reflect your personal style.

Although wigs are designed with a basic style, you can achieve variations through limitless cuts and styles. Add volume and height with simple teasing and smoothing. In moments, you can transform your wig from its basic style to make the wig uniquely your own.

Instructions

1. Seek out a professional hairstylist to cut and shape your wig. Consult with the stylist to trim bangs and remove excess bulk hair. Place the wig on your head so that the cut better enhances your features.

2. Place a wig securely on a wig stand. Add gel or mouse to the wig. Brush the wig lightly from the ends and gradually work your way toward the roots.

3. Add rollers or pin curls to the wig to enhance volume. Gather a small portion of the hair, wind the roller upwards and smooth the hair ends as you go.

4. Circulate cool to medium heat in an even, continuous manner with a blow dryer. Position the dryer approximately a foot away from the wig to avoid overheating. Allow the hair to cool before removing the pin curls or rollers. Tease the hair lightly with a comb to obtain the desired style.
